The speed ranges from 60 mpbs to 31 mpbs depending on where you are on the property. The best reception is at the main palapa. We also have a new cellular repeater at the main palapa which will allow for phone calls. We are remote but understand the need for technology..

You have the option to rent a car at the airport. Budget and Avis are reliable, offer lots of options, competitively priced and don’t hassle you about adding additional features. They both offer insurance for about $9/day since most US based car insurance companies do not cover accidents in Mexico.
We also work with two concierge services if you don’t want to drive.

No, it does not. Google maps takes you just outside of Los Planes the nearest town. Once you have gone through town on Hwy 286 stay straight. Disregard Googles alert to take a sharp right as there is no longer a road there. Continue straight on Hwy 286 until you reach the Gran Sueño guard shack and turn right. Give the guard your name and follow the dirt road staying to the right (the road separated and joins again in a few spots). You will arrive at the Gran Sueño entrance about 20 minutes after leaving Los Planes. The entrance is on your left where you will be welcomed by another guard and big wooden doors.

Tipping is not automatically included. We recommend tipping about 10% of your stay or $20/night per bedroom. Tips are equally divided between all staffing areas including on-site managers, housekeeping, maintenance, and groundskeeping. If you would like to add this to your bill, please let us know and we can charge the card on file. If you want to pay in cash, pesos are recommended or bills under $20 USD. All employees are vaccinated and wearing masks. You are not required to wear a mask as most areas are open/outside or private. We use approved cleaning products in all the units.
